Your media stays under your control

Bezel Studio creates photo and video mockups using media you choose. It processes that media on your device. It does not operate an account system or upload your media to a developer-operated server. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.

When you import an image or video, the app saves a local copy so you can continue working after reopening it. Those original copies may contain the source file’s embedded metadata or audio. Background images, watermark images, layout settings and named presets are also stored locally.

Photos, files and clipboard

You choose which items to import through the system Photos or file picker, drag and drop, the Share menu or an explicit paste action. The app does not continuously monitor your clipboard or scan your whole photo library. On iPhone and iPad, saving an export to Photos requires your permission to add items to Photos. You can manage this permission in system Settings.

On Mac, the optional Desktop background feature reads the selected display’s wallpaper and saves a local still-image copy. If access is restricted, the system may ask you to select the wallpaper file.

Siri, Shortcuts and system search

When you use a shortcut, the system provides the selected input to Bezel Studio, and Bezel Studio returns the requested result or opens the editor. A later action in your shortcut may save or share that result according to your instructions.

Bezel Studio makes device-frame names and related catalog details available to system search. This catalog indexing does not include your photos, videos, backgrounds, watermarks or preset names.

On supported devices, the screenshot Visual Intelligence feature can provide an image to Bezel Studio to create mockup suggestions. The app saves local copies and preview records and returns the preview results to the system interface. Siri, Shortcuts and Visual Intelligence are Apple system features, and their operation depends on your system settings and Apple’s privacy practices. Bezel Studio does not itself record your voice.

Saving and sharing

Exports are saved or shared where you choose. If you select a cloud storage provider, social app, messaging app or another recipient, that service handles the exported file under its own policies. Files selected from iCloud Photos or another file provider may be retrieved by the operating system or provider. Bezel Studio does not control those services.

Local storage and retention

Imported media, backgrounds, watermarks, presets and incoming Share or Shortcuts records can remain in app-owned storage. Local Visual Intelligence screenshot previews can also remain stored. These persistent items do not have a fixed automatic deletion period in this version.

You can delete saved presets in the app. Removing a watermark from the current composition does not necessarily remove its stored image because a preset may still reference it. Exported files in Photos, Files, Finder, cloud storage or another app must be managed separately.

Device storage, app removal, offloading and backups are managed by the operating system. On Mac, removing the application alone may leave its support files and preferences. The developer cannot remotely access or erase media stored on your device.

For help locating or removing local app data, email info@abdullah4.ai. You can also use this address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to the developer through support. The developer will respond to applicable requests and explain any information that must be retained.

Purchases, diagnostics and support

Apple handles App Store purchases. Bezel Studio does not ask for or process your payment-card details.

The app does not send analytics or crash reports to a developer-operated service. Apple may provide diagnostics according to platform settings. If you test the app through TestFlight, feedback you choose to submit may include screenshots, logs or other information supplied through Apple’s testing service.

If you email info@abdullah4.ai, the developer receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message and attachments, to respond to your request. Avoid sending private media unless it is needed for the support issue.

Support information is used to handle your request, investigate related issues and meet applicable obligations. Email delivery and storage are handled by the email services involved. You may request deletion of support information using the contact address above; any retention that remains necessary will be explained in the response.

This support website

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, cookies or browser-storage features. Email links open your chosen email application. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives the technical information needed to serve a page, such as your IP address and request details, and may keep operational or security logs under its privacy policy. This website’s code does not add visitor tracking.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the app or its information practices change. The current policy will show its effective date on this page.
